It’s hard to believe it’s already been a full year since we opened the doors to Clementine’s Car Wash – Buechel at 4139 Bardstown Road. What was once our family’s long-standing Thomas Car Wash has now become the second home of Clementine’s — and what a first year it’s been!

After more than 75 years of washing cars around Louisville, our family took a brief pause, but as we said then, it was only a “see you later.” Just months later, we returned with a fresh twist — a new name, a modern touchless system, and the same dedication to quality and community that’s always driven us.

Our Buechel location operates 24/7, providing drivers with a fast, high-powered, touchless wash that delivers a full “Clementine’s Shine” in under three minutes. The response from our neighbors and longtime customers has been incredible — we’ve seen familiar faces roll back through the bay, along with plenty of new ones who love the ease, efficiency, and fun of our citrus-inspired brand.
